Something new in Vaanam audio!

The much awaited audio of Vaanam has a highlight can you people guess, oops! Ok I will be sharing our Young super star Silambarasan T Rajendran has penned lyrics for one of the song in Vaanam.

The song goes like this “Evandi unna pethan pethan… kaila kedacha sethan sethan…” is not written by him but he rendered his voice for this song. The team said that this song is going to be best one among all.

Yuvan’s music will be adding a magic to the album. He is planning to realese a song in the film as a teaser as Deepavali gift to Silambarasan fans. So get guys to be the first one to the catch the song!

The movie is directed by Krish which has Silambarasan, Bharath, Prakash Raj, Anushka, Sonia Agarwal and Vega in the lead roles and others in the supporting roles. Read more...

Young Simbu shooting in London for ‘Poda Podi’!

Young & handsome hero Simbu who was out of Shankar’s new project ‘3 Idiots’ was off to London the very next day to participate in the shooting of ‘Poda Podi’.

The unit says that 40 days schedule is planned in London out of which first 25 days are being used for the talkie portions and the remaining days for song picturizations.

The shooting will kick start from today.The lead heroine of the film Varalaxmi was already off to London and making practice for the dance with her troupe.

The film is directed by Vignesh Siva and produced jointly by Gemini Films and Padma Kumar.

Sources say that as the title it self indicates the film is full of energetic rom and com. It is all about an energetic couple full of life and loving to dance.

Simbu completes Vaanam first schedule!

Earlier it was said that Silambarasan and Bharath are going to share screen space for a film titled ‘Vaanam’, which is the remake of the Telugu blockbuster ‘Vedam’ being directed by Krish.

Much faster than the film commencement, Simbu has completed the first schedule of the movie and likely to begin its second schedule in the first week of September.

In the mean time, Bharath will join the unit and the scenes pertaining to him will be shooting.

Simbu said not act with vijay beacuse i am Ajith fan

A couple of day’s back it was announced that Simbu along with Madhavan was also opted out of Shankar’s much hyped even before its commencement film ‘3 Idiots’. It is going to be remade in Tamil by Gemini Studios.

Only Vijay doing the role of Aamir Khan’s role has been confirmed till now.

In a recent interview, Simbu on speaking about his wish to opt out of this film, says “Vijay sir is the hero of ‘3 Idiots.’ He’s a big star. It’s a nice thing to act with him. But I have a lot of Ajith fans.

So by acting with Vijay, I don’t want to upset Ajith fans. That’s why I’m not acting in this film.”

Sources say that the statement given by Simbu has openly indicated his disparity with Vijay fans.

The Secretary of the Nadigar Sangam also claimed that it is not right on part of Simbu to give the statements in this way. Read more...

Simbu not perform at ‘Endhiran’ audio launch why?

As there is less than one day left for the release of much waited audio of Shankar directed Rajinikanth’s latest film ‘Endhiran’  which is to be held tomorrow in Malaysia.

It has come to known that all the people linked with the film are reaching Malaysia batch wise.

Now the latest news is that Simbu and his friend VTV Ganesh are likely to fly Malaysia today.

But some what quite disappointing news is that Simbu who is said to dance for a song in ‘Endhiran’ on the audio launch stage is not going to perform it now as he had no time to rehearse for the song.

Madhavan confirmed doing 3 Idiots remakes

3 Idiots remakes in Tamil and Telugu, the selected 3 Idiots are Vijay, Simbu and Madhavan.

Now madhavan has confirmed that he will not be doing the Tamil and Telugu remakes of Raju Hirani directed cult classic 3 Idiots.

The grapevine was abuzz in the last few weeks about top south Indian director Shankar doing a Tamil and Telugu version of the film with Vijay and Mahesh Babu respectively.

Madhavan was to be the only common thread between the original and regional versions.

However Maddy who was offered a bomb to do the regional versions, has flatly said ‘No’ to the producers Gemini Film Circuit.

Now the actor has also tweeted: “So sorry folks! I’m unable, to do 3 Idiots in Tamil and Telugu. Have other plans. I am sure they will find worthier replacements” Read more...

Kajal Agarwal Signed,Simbu Out,Lingusamy Wait!

Director Lingusamy has sacked Silambarasan from his forthcoming venture, actor Silambarasan has come out with his version and clarified his stance on the whole fiasco.

‘Techincally I have not signed any film with Cloud Nine nor have I allotted any dates to them. Dhayanidhi Azhagiri is my close friend and we share a great rapport.

Lingusamy has not been able to narrate the script to me till date nor tell me the exact dates that he wants.

I waited for over 100 days in vain for his complete script and then decided to do a quickie Vaanam.

I had informed Durai about it, before he left to South Africa for football finals and he promised me that we will start the shoot from September 1′.

‘ was shell shocked to read reports in the media that Lingusamy has sacked me! How can he expect me to wait for more than 100 days without a proper script or dates of shoot? I had told him that I will be free from September 1, after 15 days shoot of Poda Podi in London which has already been fixed.

But he jumped the gun and announces that I have been replaced by another actor! This is totally unprofessional and not done.’

The news is out that Lingusamy has signed Kajal Agarwal as the heroine of his movie.

It is to note here that Lingusamy has not decided upon the hero for his project yet. Incidentally Kajal Agarwal is awaiting release of her next movie "Naan Mahaan Alla" with Karthi.

Though Kajal Agarwal’s first film is Bharathi Raja’s Bommalattam, her second film Pazhani with Bharath had hit the screens before and she is a known name in the industry now.

Currently she is being paired with Vinay in Charan’s Modhi Vilayadu where her role is touted to be very important. During the shooting of a stunt sequence in the film, a sharp

knife had hit her head which led the actress to be rushed to the hospital where she had to be sutured for her head injury.

Meanwhile it is her birthday tomorrow and there was a party scheduled to celebrate the same today at the A V M studios. Initially the crew of the film was skeptical about her presence at the party.

But the actress, not wanting to disappoint her friends and well wishers made a brief presence and cut the cake. Needless to say the small gathering was touched by the act of this young lady who had come there despite her illness.

Simbu Happy: Sneha Ullal accept sex worker role in 'Vaanam'

News is making on Simbu’s latest proposed project ‘Vaanam’ from the launch day onwards.

Initially news on Anushka came that she rejected the offer to play the role of sex worker in the film like she did it in Telugu version ‘Vedam’ which is being remade into ‘Vaanam’ now in Tamil.

Finally she accepted to do an item number in the film. Then the news came on Simbu that he is out of Lingusamy’s project as he gave dates to ‘Vaanam’ and delayed his project.

Simbu has chosen the slim and south Aishwarya Rai Sneha Ullal as the heroine of the film.

The audio launch event of much hyped film of the year ‘Endhiran’ starring Rajinikanth and Aishwarya in the lead is itself creating much enthusiasm among the audience all over the world.

Adding more interest and glitter to this audio launch, it is heard that handsome hero Simbu will dance on the stage for Rajini song at the audio launch to be held in Kuala Lumpur.

Ganesh act again with simbu after Vinnathaandi Varuvaayaa hit

Ganesh, the actor who played Simbu’s mentor in Gautham Menon’s super hit Vinnathaandi Varuvaayaa, is back in action in Vaanam, again with
Simbu.

“I’m doing a cameo in the film, in which Anushka and Bharath will play the lead roles alongside Simbu.

Prakashraj is doing a pivotal character. Yuvanshankar Raja is scoring the music and Nirav Shah is handling the camera,” said Ganesh, who is also co-producing the film.

“I liked the way the original version of Vaanam (Vedam, starring Allu Arjun, Manchu Manoj and Anushka), was made in Telugu.

But I feel the Tamil version is going to be even better as we have tried to incorporate several elements that were missing in the original.

Though we are going to make a lot of changes to suit the Tamil audience, the essence of the storyline will remain the same,” he added. Read more...

Simbu and Anushka Marriage (Wedding) this year?

Tamil young star Silambarasan is said to wed actress Anushka Shetty. There is news that the actress has agreed yes to the proposal of Simbhu and she is ready to marry Simbhu in this year.

It is reported that Simbhu proposed to Anushka, when he took her on a long drive in Chennai, in his X6 BMW. He proposed to her with a gift of a diamond ring from Tiffany. The actress is said to be already interested in Simbhu and has said ‘yes’ to his love.

This fact was disclosed by one of Simbhu’s best friend. He said that actor Silambarasan, revealed this as a fact and said that he was bowled Anushka’s grace and professionalism, with which she handles her personnel and professional life.

There is news that the two are planning go to Rome on a Honeymoon.

The couple is said to have obtained the blessings of their elders are yet to disclose this fact to the media. Anushka has signed two movie projects opposite to Simbhu and has asked him for some time.

There is a rumor that this couple will date at first and will then think about marriage like the Bollywood’s Saifeena couple. Simbhu presented Anushka a diamond gift from De beers and a Mont blanc pen , which Anushka is using in signing autographs these days.
